Q.  Can I bring my family and friends to my appointment?

Please do, but consider limiting the number as we are a small boutique. Remember, too many cooks spoil the soup and too many opinions, no matter how well-intended, lead to confusion.

Q.  How do I decide what kind of gown I'm looking for?

Take into consideration the time of year, the style of the wedding and your personal taste. Our expert staff is here to guide you to the most flattering styles for your figure.

Q.  When should I begin gown shopping?

It is best to start looking for gowns 6-12 months prior to your wedding date. The majority of our brides begin shopping 1 year ahead. That allows you enough time to narrow down your selection and order the gown of your dreams.

Q.  Help! I'm a Last Minute Bride. Can I still purchase a Wedding Gown?

Yes! If you do not have that much time there are a few ways that we can accommodate you. Our expert seamstresses can provide last minute bridal services for you in as little as 24 hours.

Q.  What is the price range?

We offer a full range of designer gowns to meet any budget.

Q.  Can I complete my entire bridal look (gown, headpiece, veil, accessories) in one appointment?

Yes! We can help you find the perfect veil, headpiece, and accessories to match your dress.

Q.  Do you offer on-site alterations?

We offer custom alterations on any gown. Take heart that your gown is in the hands of a seamstress with years of experience in the bridal industry.

Q.  What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash. Checks cannot be used at pick-up.

Q.  What is your return policy?

Every wedding gown is tailored and personalized for each customer. For that reason, all items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
