Appointments & Fittings

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Annapolis Tuxedo operates by appointment only to ensure a personalized experience. You can call or email us to schedule your fitting at a time and place that works for you.

Where do appointments take place?

For single orders, fittings take place at our private fitting space. For bridal parties of five or more, we come to your location within a 10-mile radius to provide a seamless group fitting experience.

Can I bring someone to my appointment?

Absolutely! While we encourage you to bring a friend or family member for a second opinion, we recommend keeping the group small for a smooth and focused experience.

Tuxedo Rentals & Purchases

How much do tuxedo rentals cost?

Our rental packages start at $195-$300, depending on the style and package selected.

How far in advance should I book my tuxedo?

We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks before your event to ensure the best selection and fit. However, we can accommodate last-minute rentals when needed.

Do you offer group rentals for weddings and events?

Yes! We provide group packages and special pricing for weddings, proms, and formal events.

Can I purchase a tuxedo instead of renting?

Yes! We offer a selection of high-quality tuxedos and suits for purchase. Whether you’re investing in a classic black tux or a modern suit, we’ll help you find the perfect fit.

Alterations & Returns

Do you offer alterations?

Alterations are not allowed on rentals. While we do not provide in-house alterations, we can recommend skilled tailors to ensure a perfect fit for all purchased tuxedos.

What is your return policy?

All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date to avoid late fees. Purchased items are final sale.

Do you deliver and pick up for my bridal party?

Yes! We offer delivery and pick-up service for bridal parties. We will deliver to one location, typically the Tuesday before the event, and pick up from the same location the day after the wedding.

What happens if I return my rental late?

A late fee of $45 per day will be applied for rentals not returned on time.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel before garments are delivered to us, a $55 cancellation fee applies.

If the garment has already been delivered to us, the full rental amount is due, even if unused.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash. Please note that checks cannot be used at pick-up.

What happens if I need to cancel my rental?

Please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date.
